Improvement
Description:
Lots of warnings about long long type being a C99 feature.
We want to use the long long type when available and want
to move to C99 standard anyway.
Changed the Version 6 compiler to use -c99 instead of the
old -std1 (C89 only).
Platforms tested:
At LANL QSC machine.
