[svn-r16205] Description:

Bring r16204 back from trunk:

	Moved v1 B-tree debugging routines into separate module and thinned
out header files a bit.

Tested on:
	FreeBSD/32 6.3 (duty) in debug mode
	Too minor to require h5committest
