Albert Cheng 087da3d5c9 [svn-r9418] Bug fix (bug 205). ...

The script does not use $RUNSERIAL to execute programs.
This failed badly in parallel systems like Tflops.

Patched $RUNSERIAL in to make it work.

Tested in tflops only.
