Changes the CTest drop location from trunk to 1.10 alpha in CDash.
A minor update to test/tfile.c was also required since the revision
number of 0 was causing trouble.
Tested on: Unbuntu 15.10 (Linux 4.2.0 x86_64) gcc 5.2.1
