This is needed to avoid a conflict with the Read Context object to be
introduced in another Project.
No impact on users, since this is a private module, and low for
developers as the RC module use is very sparse in the library.

Description:
When jumping out from between H5_BEGIN_TAG and H5_END_TAG macros using
HGOTO_ERROR or HGOTO_DONE, the previous metadata tag is not reset on the dxpl.
This could cause problems when, for example, calling H5Ocopy within an
H5Literate callback.
Added new HGOTO_ERROR_TAG and HGOTO_DONE_TAG macros which must be used in place
of the above between H5_BEGIN_TAG and H5_END_TAG.

Commit metadata tagging framework.
Description:
This check-in contains a new framework whose goal is to apply
a tag value to each new entry in the metadata cache as it is created.
This tag value is such that it relates each piece of metadata to the
HDF5 object that it belongs to (dataset, group, et cetera).
This changeset includes the framework that applies the tags as
well as a suite of tests to verify correct tag application, though does
not yet make use of the tag values to flush/evict individual objects.
Please refer to the "flush/evict individual objects" RFC for further
discussion of these changes.

Description:
In certain cases, removal of an object in a v1 b-tree would cause the leftmost
key in the right neighbor to be overwritten. While this did not pose a problem
for group b-trees, with chunked datasets it would overwrite the offset value
of the neighbor's leftmost child, causing corruption. Reworked the code to
differentiate between b-trees whose children are fundamentally associated with
their left key and those who are associated with their right key.

aware when the cache has taken/will take certain actions. Notifications are

Add small interface to "wrap" a static buffer (usually on the stack), but
still allow for buffers larger than the static buffer to be allocated. This
can eliminate _many_ short-lived buffer allocations in situations where the
buffer is a predictable size (or at least a "very likely" size).
Also, some minor code cleanups, particularly in the SOHM caching code.

Initial changes to take advantage of readers/writer locking on metadata
cache entries. Reduce the # of protect/unprotect pairs during B-tree iteration
by holding reader lock on B-tree and symbol table nodes while iteration occurs.
This also has the benefit of preventing an iteration callback from
modifying the B-tree being iterated over (which would probably confuse the
B-tree iteration code terribly)

Fully enable readers/writer locking in metadata cache and correct errors
in cache clients which were modifying a cache entry while only holding a
read lock on it.

machine, it should work in all, I hope. Still need to check the parallel
build on copper.
More cleanups on the object header message handling code, to make it
easier to work with and move forward on the creation order coding.
Various other minor cleanups & warning fixes.

Migrate more object header routines to use the H5O_msg_ prefix and put
them into the src/H5Omessage.c code module.

Finish removing library's internal code that uses H5G_get_objinfo() and
retarget it at either getting the link information or the object information,
as appropriate. (Still need to add user-level tests for H5Oget_info(), but
since several internal components of the library depend on the internal version,
it appears to be working correctly).

Finish implementation of H5Literate() [still needs real tests]
Clean up datatype macro warnings a bit more.
Unify iterator callback macros and put up in public header file, with the
iterator directions.
