Fix 2 lines in java error test expected output file where messages
include line numbers changed by reducing the copyright header by 2
lines.
Tweak down the size of datatype created for dataset, so that the
elements are a reasonable size and the dataset's size can fit into a 64-bit
value for storing in the file.

machine, it should work in all, I hope. Still need to check the parallel
