Purpose:
     a bug fix
Description:
     Forget adding one line for "This creates a
      directory called 'hdf5xxx'under MyHDFstuff which contains
      several files and directories. "

Solution:
    should be "This creates a
      directory called 'hdf5xxx'under MyHDFstuff which contains
      several files and directories. Rename directory "hdf5xxx" into
      "hdf5".

    Source directory has been rearranged.
    INSTALL*, HISTORY.txt and RELEASE.txt were moved to the release_docs directory.
    *.zip files were moved to the windows directory.
    README file was renamed to README.txt
    MANIFEST was updated to reflect those changes.
