Scott Wegner	c3a26ef402	[svn-r15272] Purpose: Disable fillval test on Windows ... Description: The fillval test uses random input to test various fill cases. Certain boundary cases cause the test to fail, which produces sporadic errors on Windows. There is a bug filed for the issue here: http://bugzilla.hdfgroup.uiuc.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=1155 We will disable the test until the bug is fixed.
