Scott Wegner	fdfb8cf2a0	[svn-r15815] Purpose: Add new source code and tests to Windows ... Description: Many new source files were added from the freespace branch. This checkin adds the code to Windows as well. Note: Some tests are still failing on Windows, but this checkin brings us closer to fixing them.
