Add 'notify' callback to metadata cache clients, so that they can be
aware when the cache has taken/will take certain actions. Notifications are
urrently limited to when an entry has successfully entered the cache (via an
insertion or a load from the file) and when an entry is about to be evicted

Add 2 more parameters to H5HF_man_iblock_size() (parent iblock and parent entry)
for passing onto H5HF_iblock_man_iblock_protect().
This bug was there before but was revealed now by exercising the recursive part of the code from the new
"h5stat_newgrat.h5".
Tested on kagiso, smirom and linew with --disable-production.
2. H5HFstat.c: Since H5HF_space_size() zeroed out fs_size, add "meta_size" to store
free-space size before adding to "heap_size".
3. h5stat_gentest.c: increase # of groups to get "h5stat_newgrat.h5" that contains
indirect block entries in fractal heap.
This is for testing the recursive part of the code in H5HF_man_iblock_size().
4. h5stat_newgrat.h5: the new .h5 file generated by h5stat_gentest.c.
5. h5stat_newgrat.ddl: expected output from new "h5stat_newgrat.h5".
Various code cleanups and refactor recent changes for h5stat to fit

- Refactor 'huge' object code to store information for 'huge' objects
directly in the heap ID, when there are I/O pipeline filters
applied to the heap (and the heap ID is large enough to hold the
information)
- Update h5debug tool to correctly handle 'huge' & 'tiny' objects.
- Misc. other code cleanups, etc.

Move metadata cache address rename for fractal heap indirect block
immediately after reallocing the storage on disk - to prevent another
routine in the library from confusing the cache by allocating more storage
and attempting to insert it in metadata cache at the old block's location.
Gotta like those monte carlo/random insert & delete tests, which exposed
this... :-)

More tweaks on fractal heap statistics, to better separate information
about managed objects from information about "huge" objects.
Also, clean up some compiler warnings, etc. on 64-bit platforms & Windows.

Refactored free space manager to use metadata cache for serialized free
space sections. This speeds up the fractal heap test considerably...

Fix the last scattered bunch of problems with the object deletion code,
which appears to be completely working now (for objects that are stored
within heap blocks - standalone objects aren't implemented yet).
Also, re-work the regression test to speed up some of the existing tests
and add in 100-200 more combinations of tests - overall, its probably even
slower than it was... :-/
