Scott Wegner	b5e8ad2d7e	[svn-r15813] Purpose: Add new source code and tests to Windows Description: Many new source files were added from the freespace branch. This checkin adds the code to Windows as well. Note: Some tests are still failing on Windows, but this checkin brings us closer to fixing them.
