James Laird	0d86163705	[svn-r13379] Added 'make help' target. This actually runs a script, bin/makehelp (formatting ... the output in the makefile was pretty hard). Tested that make still works on kagiso; no code changes at all.	2007-02-23 14:14:11 -05:00
