Dan Wells	5fa81dec82	[svn-r4110] Purpose: feature Description: allows the option of building the library libhdf-inst.a so that it can link with either the Pablo Trace Libraries or with the Pablo Performance Capture Facility (PCF) Solution: Added code for conditional compilation using the PCF_BUILD flag.
