Purpose:
    Bug fix -- #445
Description:
    In RM_H5D.html in the H5 Reference Manual, the H5Dget_storage_size
    entry described the wrong FAILURE return value.
Solution:
    Changed H5Dget_storage_size return value on FAILURE to 0 (zero).
Platforms tested:
    Tested in Internet Explorer 5.
