[svn-r12997] Description:
Rename too generic "H5O_FLAG_<foo>" flags that are used as flags for
header messages to "H5O_MSG_FLAG_<foo>", in order to make their use clearer.
Tested on:
FreeBSD/32 4.11 (sleipnir)
