    RUNPARALEL, RUNSERIAL, disable-shared are specified in config/intel-osf1.

INSTALL_Windows.txt:
    Contains Windows platform installation instructions.
INSTALL.parallel:
    Removed because its content has been moved to INSTALL_parallel.
