Purpose:
    A bugfix and a new document
Description:
    ADGuide/Changes.html
        New document: "HDF5 Library Changes from Release to Release"
        (MUST be updated at EVERY release, including Betas.)
    ADGuide/ImageSpec.html
        Fixed broken links and title tag.
Platforms tested:
    IE 5
