Purpose:
    Bugfix and adding a new document
Description:
    RM_H5Front.html
        Removed a currently commented-out section that had been used
        during the 1.2 period for separate F90 releases.
    ADGuide.html
        Added new "Changes from Release to Release" document.
        Fixed title tag.
Platforms tested:
    IE 5
