[svn-r11332] Purpose: Minor Change to Macro Names
Description: Changed the names of macros defined in H5Tpkg.h from H5T_CONV_INTERIM_XXX_XXX to H5T_CONV_INTERNAL_XXX_XXX to be more descriptive. Platforms tested: fuss - simple change
