Sergio Martins d515969724 Fix QTabBar::setCurrentIndex() not getting called sometimes 
TabBar::setCurrentIndex() was bailing out and not informing the view
because the current dock widget was the same. That happened because
m_currentDockWidget was being set in two places.

Fixes issue #312
